Notch cutter

A notch milling cutter is a milling cutter with a cutting edge on the outer circumference for blanking or machining narrow grooves. With a gear shape structure, it can cut stainless steel, iron pipes, copper pipes, aluminum pipes, non-metallic pipes, plates and other materials under high-speed rotation. No burrs are left when cutting pipe materials, because the hardness is harder than the cut material after heat treatment, so it can be easily milled and cut at high speed.

3D Shaped Knife

Because this kind of tool is different from the various engraving tools that we commonly use an alloy handle material to directly grind out the work, it is welded with various shapes of knives under the ∮6 handle through a special welding process. The head is directly used for the engraving of various special shapes, so it is also called a big head knife.

W1: The diameter of the big-end knife under the handle, which is randomly matched to 32mm; there are also smaller ones for cutting

Cut small three-dimensional characters.

A: Half of the included angle between the two sides of the tip of the tool, because the random tool is a 90° tool, then A is set to 45 (similar to a flat-bottomed tipped knife)

W2: The width of the tool nose, because when calculating the three-dimensional path, the path requirement is to walk with one knife, which has no meaning. Usually, it can be set to 0.1 or 0.2.

Tool use: three-dimensional clear angle characters (using the “3D” function to calculate the path) and the chamfered edge of the back carved crystal card.

Single flute helical cutter (tungsten carbide)

Main function: 2D cutting
Applicable material: acrylic, PVC, MDF
Features: Combined with the advantages of strong cutting force and smooth chip removal in single-groove design, and the spiral edge cutting ensures the smoothness of the cutting surface, it has excellent work efficiency in batch processing of PVC and MDF.
