The natural diamond carving knife relies on the physical properties of diamond and the precise blade structure design, specially designed for fine carving and high gloss cutting. The core of the cutting tool is divided into three parts: the cutting edge, the base, and the handle. The cutting edge is made of high hardness natural single crystal diamond, which utilizes its top-notch Mohs hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and low friction coefficient to ensure long-term cutting without wear and deformation of the cutting edge.
The blade head is precision ground to produce sharp and oblique edges at different angles, which meet the requirements of jewelry and precision parts for grain and chamfering processing. The thin and sharp edge can achieve micro cutting, and the processed surface is free of burrs and knife marks. Diamond is fixed on the alloy base through high-temperature welding to enhance bonding strength and prevent threshing and breakage during high-speed operation.
The handle is made of high-strength metal material and equipped with a standard clamping structure to ensure high coaxiality and vibration free operation after installation. The overall design balances rigidity and cutting performance, replacing strong milling with micro cutting, which can create delicate and regular decorative patterns while achieving a mirror like highlight effect, suitable for manual batch printing and continuous processing with CNC equipment.
